Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch ready-to-ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- UK: 1–4 business days
- Europe: 4–9 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Asia (e.g., Japan, South Korea): 3–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier handling.
Made to Order
All made to order items are produced in limited runs and finished individually, specifically for you.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- production typically takes 1–4 weeks
- in some cases, production may take up to 6 weeks or longer depending on manufacturing, material availability, production volume, and quality control
- timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed
While we aim to complete all orders as efficiently as possible, delays can occur as part of the production process.
As each item is made specifically for the customer, production delays do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
We reserve the right to provide revised estimated timelines where necessary.
Updates may be provided via email or Instagram throughout the production process.
